        We collect this data through the contact form on our website which is linked to our email which is password protected. We don’t think your email gets stored on our website in any way, but if it does our website is https:// (secure). Photographs are stored in a GDPR compliant online gallery.

        Our business involves taking photographs. We archive all works for the lifetime of the business. This is to ensure the data is available should a client require further copies. Your personal data is retained for the lifetime of the archive. For tax purposes, we are required to hold business accounts for a period of 5 years after filing. You may request to see that data and we will furnish it as quick as possible. Any data provided it’s not required for a legitimate legal basis, may be removed on request.
